Board of Directors


The Board of Directors are composed of five volunteers, each of whom are an owner in the community. They serve a three (3) year term.

The Board makes major decisions, sets overall policies, and is responsible for the overall operation and management of the Association under the authority and powers described in the governing documents and the Hawaii Revised Statutes.

The Board does not make decisions based on personal interests, but rather treats all members of the Association equally and fairly.
